Biography
Kathleen Sage, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of Harker, Campbell and Sage, APC. Kathleen specializes in labor and employment law. In that role, she negotiates collective, as well as individual, employment agreements (collective bargaining contracts, executive compensation; non-competition; and layoff agreements; golden parachutes); assists small employers with compliance issues (Department of Labor investigations; wage and hour audits; employee handbooks; workplace investigations, ERISA matters); and represents individual employees in arbitrations and administrative hearings.
Other lawyers in the firm handle business transactions, probate, employment and real estate matters and as well as litigate cases. Kathleen assists in the litigation of all types of matters handled by the law firm.
Her son, Todd Huffman, is a co-founder of BIL.
