A brief overview of simple strategies to effect change in brain and body, emphasizing practical techniques borrowed from systems of meta-thinking, neuro-linguistic programming and ideokinesis. The talk will include examples from guided meditations that use visual, tactile and semantic imagery to elevate mood, focus mind, heal disease, or re-pattern neuromuscular habits, and tips for writing your own and using a computer or phone as guide.
