BIL:PIL is an unconference for people changing the world in big ways. It’s a place for passionate people to come together to energize, brainstorm, and take action. We invite you to bring your world into ours this October in San Diego.

BIL:PIL 2009 is an ad-hoc conference for people who are changing the landscape of healthcare through science, technology and public policy.
